雅霸®聚碳酸酯
这种线性非结晶聚碳酸酯最适合用于必须耐受高温,同时还要具备韧性、抗冲击性和高透明度的应用。雅霸®还可用于广泛的温度范围,从-30ºC至大约+200ºC。
凭借这些特性,以及良好的尺寸稳定性、耐气候性和流动性,雅霸®可以代替玻璃、金属以及高温应用场合的标准聚碳酸酯。
因此,雅霸®独有特性提供高水平的设计自由度以及丰富的工艺范围。这种材料主要采用注射塑模工艺,并提供透明、半透明和不透明以及特种着色选择,以进一步扩展设计空间。
雅霸®提供多种同质聚碳酸酯品级,用途广泛,包括具有紫外稳定性和阻燃性的品级。阻燃品级符合UL 94的V-0额定标准(1.5 mm厚)。
在医院、道路或其他耐高温应用场合,雅霸®树脂具有可经受高温考验的稳定性能。

模克隆®聚碳酸酯
医疗器械、汽车大灯、运动设备、电子产品、DVD、眼镜、建筑门窗和LED照明有什么共同点?这些器械与设备都采用了科思创生产的模克隆®聚碳酸酯,这是一种影响日常生活众多方面的高性能热塑性塑料。凭借出色的平衡特性,聚碳酸酯是有史以来功能最丰富、最成功的热塑性塑料之一。
模克隆®聚碳酸酯(PC)的高性能与可持续特性使其成为各行业应用的必然选择。
制造商依赖模克隆®聚碳酸酯的独有特性组合。这种材料牢固结实,质轻,具有与玻璃一样的透明度,并且耐抗冲击,甚至在极低温度下亦是如此。这种材料具有很好的尺寸稳定性,易于成型,而且具有出色的耐热性。玻璃转换温度高达148ºC。
科思创提供各种模克隆®聚碳酸酯树脂的组合。这些组合包括通用目的、照明、医疗和食品接触、阻燃、抗冲击改性与玻璃纤维强化品级。这些品级可采用注塑、挤压和吹塑工艺,适用于广泛的市场,包括汽车与运输、建筑、电子、医疗、照明和光学数据储存。
普通品级有透明、半透明和不透明色彩选择,并以颗粒形式提供。此外,我们还可以根据需求开发特殊色彩,以满足普通使用和大部分特别品级要求。
采用聚碳酸酯材料制造的产品具有很长的寿命,并有很高的可再利用性。聚碳酸酯比玻璃结实、轻巧,还可以节省能源,减少CO2排放。此外,聚碳酸酯也减少了销售和使用过程中断裂导致的产品损失。大部分生产后的废物采用机械方式回收加工成”可回收品级“聚碳酸酯混合材质。
